Heidaker Land Services, Inc. (HLS) was started in 2010 utilizing knowledge and experience gained over a twenty year period in the Right of Way business. Located in Fulshear, Texas in Fort Bend County, we are positioned to travel any where within the the State of Texas allowing our expertise to be utilized on any size project.

Our vast knowledge and commitment to the right of way profession makes using us the choice of many existing clients as it does the potential clients reviewing our qualification for the first time.

Heidaker Land Services, brings knowledge and experience in working on multiple projects with private oil and gas companies, cities, counties, water authorities and the State of Texas. We have the ability to work independent or in conjunction with developers, engineers and other right of way firms.
OUR VISION
At Heidaker Land Services we strive to put the right personnel on the right project with the right client. Our goal is to complete every right of way job ahead of schedule allowing our clients the time and flexibility to complete their projects on time and under budget. By employing individuals with a vast knowledge in multiple fields of right of way, we are able to predict problems before they occur and bring solutions to the client without the client having to spend their personnel and resources to solve the problems that we have been hired to perform.
